PURPOSE:To facilitate the automation of the annealing work of the title signal line filter by a method wherein the signal line to be penetratingly inserted into a flat type cylindrical ferrite core is formed on a thin tabular circuit substrate, and the connection of said signal line to an external terminal is performed by setting the chain lead terminal having the pinching piece to be fitted to the circuit substrate. CONSTITUTION:A circuit substrate 2 is inserted into the through hole 11 of a flat cylindrical ferrite core 1 until it reaches the end of the hole. The pinching pieces 33 and 34 of a lead terminal piece 31 on the terminal 3 are positioned on the terminal connections 22 and 23 at both ends of the circuit pattern 21 of the substrate 2, and a chain lead terminal 3 is pushed out to its base part and the substrate 2 is pinched by the terminal bases. Then, the pinching pieces 33 and 34 are solder-connected to the terminal connections 22 and 23 using high-temperature melting point solder. Subsequently, an external covering is provided using electrically insulating resin and the like, and lastly, the necessary length is left for the terminal piece 31, and a frame part 37 is cut. The assembling work can be automated easily through the abovementioned procedures.
