PURPOSE:To allow a passenger having a receiver in a vehicle to obtain information by providing an information signal generating means generating an information signal and a transmission means modulating an information signal and sending the result as a radio wave on a vechile so as to offer the information to the passenger as a radio wave. CONSTITUTION:The information signal generating means 1 generating an information signal and a transmission means 3 modulating the information signal from the information signal generating means 1 and sending it as a radio wave are provided in a vehicle 2 to offer the information to a passenger as a radio wave. The passenger can obtain up-to-date information with excellent receiving state simply by having only to prepare a small-sized receiver. Moreover, reception is not disabled even in a tunnel and the information of a channel selected individually is enjoyed by using an earphone without disturbing the surrounding personnel.
