The present utility model is a process of producing cookies out of tilapia (Oreochromis mossambicus) and raisins (Vitis vinifera) comprising the steps of preparing tilapia which includes: cleaning and washing the whole tilapia with tap water, seasoning the cleaned tilapia with salt, steaming the seasoned tilapia for 25 minutes, cooling the steamed tilapia, flaking the cooled tilapia flesh, dehydrating the flaked tilapia, grinding the dehydrated flaked tilapia, setting aside the ground tilapia; creaming of butter, white granular sugar and brown sugar intoa mixing bowl, beating of eggs one at a time and adding vanilla to the creamed butter, white granular sugar; adding sifted flour and baking soda, mixing the dry sifted ingredients to the egg mixture, beating the mixture well for two minutes, adding the dehydrated ground tilapia and raisin making the mixture into a complete dough, scooping the complete dough, weighing the scooped dough to 15g, dropping the weighed dough to the cookie sheets leaving two inches apart, baking the dough in the cookie sheets at pre-heated oven at 375o F; for 15 minutes, cooling the baked cookies and packing the cooled cookies into suitable packaging material. |
