PURPOSE:To proved enough insulation between the leads of the circuits on the primary side and the secondary side even if it is constituted in small size by forming a crank-shaped part at the lead drawing-out part of a casing. CONSTITUTION:The elements mounted on hybrid integrated circuit boards 2 are arranged independently in the space sealed by the casing 10 and the boards 20 themselves, thus multi insulation improves. The respective leads 44 and 46 led out of two sheets of boards 20 are bent in crack shape, and the tips are separated from the boards 20 by half the interval between the two sheets of boards 20, and are arranged in a straight line shown by an A-A line as if they were led out of a single hybrid integrated circuit board when the two sheets of boards 20 are arranged in opposition. Moreover, to increase the creeping distance between leads 44 and 46, a crank-shaped part 12 is made at the casing 10, and even in the case of being constituted in small size, the insulation between the leads 44 and 46 is adequately secured. |
