<p>PURPOSE:To provide a cylinder valve on-off device, automatically opening or closing a handle of a liquified gas charging cylinder in a mechanical manner, which will not generate an on-off completion signal unless the cylinder valve becomes turned to a state of being fully closed. CONSTITUTION:When turning to a state of being fully closed, rotation of a clamp part 3 is stopped by a handle 2. If so, a component force E in direction of sliding a first gear 9 to a supporting shaft 8 against the energization of an energizing means 19 acts on a tilted tooth of this first gear 9 interposing between the stopped supporting shaft 8 and a second gear 10 being driven by a rotational driving source 11, so that the first gear 9 gets moving. A first detecting means 20 detects any movement of this first gear 9, and it judges that a cylinder valve 1 has turned to a state of being fully closed, outputting a closing completion signal A.</p> |
