The fiber consists of hybrid matrix-fibril stractures, e.g. matrix portion of regular polyamides, fibril portion of antistatic substances, of which antistatic fibrils are extended infinitely along the longitudinal direction of fiber, and which have the following relationships; number of fibrils among the cross-section per denier of a single fiber above 102, ratio (L/D) between length (L) and diameter (D) in main fibril above 50, diameter (A) of main fibril be 0.05 μm <= A < 0.3 m, and diameter (B) of tie fibril be 0.01 μm <= B < 0.05 μm. By forming new structures of hybrid matrix-fibril type, this fiber is characterized by improved durable antistatic property as well as properties of regular polyamide.
