The invention relates to an arrangement for combined earth-mounding and seed-setting on both a hard and soft ground surface and is characterized in that it comprises a trailer 1 having a loading platform 2 which can be tilted forwards hydraulically from a tractor unit 3, a horizontal axle 5 mounted outside the loading platform being disposed on the inner side of the front flap 4 of the loading platform parallel with this flap, which horizontal axle is arranged to be rotated hydraulically from the tractor unit and on both sides of the axle middle, from the inside outwards, comprises a screw 6 and a set of shovel blades 7 for the advancement and feed-in of earth, preferably screened earth, into an opening 8 made below each set of shovel blades in the platform floor and from which the earth drops downwards, whilst on the outer side of the front flap 4 there are disposed two seed feeders 9, which are controlled hydraulically from the tractor unit and are arranged each to deliver at least five seeds at a time to the earth, two arms 11, which are disposed on the front part of the coupling arm 10 linking the trailer and the tractor unit 2, symmetrically on both sides of the coupling arm, and can be pivoted from the tractor unit hydraulically in the vertical plane, which arms each have a respective cutter- equipped bucket 2 for digging up their respective mound of earth, and a seed feeder 14, which is disposed on each longitudinal beam of the frame 12 of the trailer between the wheel pairs of the trailer, is identical with the two abovementioned seed feeders 9 and is controlled hydraulically from the tractor unit 3 and which is arranged to deliver at least five seeds at a time to the respective earth mound. <IMAGE> |
