<p>PURPOSE:To configure an inter-filed color difference thinning filter and a three- dimension luminance signal and color difference signal separation filter without increasing the memory capacity. CONSTITUTION:A sampled signal of a video signal inputted from an input section 1 is inputted to a 2nd field memory 6 via switches 3,4. When the video signal of one field is stored in the memory 6, a color difference signal of a preceding field having already been stored is outputted to a thinning filter 2 via a switch 8. A color difference signal of a new field is simultaneously inputted from the input section 1 to the thinning filter 2, in which the signal is subjected to inter-field thinning. The color difference signal whose sampling number is thinned to 1/2 is recorded in an area via the switch 4 of the 2nd field memory 6 in which the color difference signal of a preceding field already outputted is stored. Furthermore, the switch 3 is connected to the position of the input section 1 at the input of the signal of the 1st field at all times, connected to the position of the input section 1 at the input of the luminance signal of the 2nd field and connected to the position of the thinning filter 2.</p> |
