<p>The present invention relates generally to a method for preparing libraries of DNA clones, to DNA libraries so produced and to vectors useful for same. More particularly, the present invention provides a retroviral expression vector and its use in a novel and efficient cloning strategy for generating DNA expression libraries. The method involves cloning DNA downstream of a promoter in a retroviral vector and generating a population of stable retrovirus-producing cells.</p> |
