<p>PURPOSE:To automate the exposure of the conductor part of a tape electric wire while considering that the conventional manual relative to the exposure is to be made more efficient, by setting the insulation part of the tape electric wire on the present apparatus, and by removing the one side or both the sides of the insulation part from the electric wire. CONSTITUTION:A tape electric wire put on an alignment base 1 is clamped by a presser block, and it is carried to a work finishing base 11 by an electric- wire carrying arm operated through an air cylinder. In this course, the insulation part of the tape electric wire is peeled off the electric wire by a peeling jig 2, and is further peeled off the electric wire by a peeling-air-jig 3. The peeled insulation part of the electric wire is passed through a peeling guide 4, and is reached a cutting jig 5, and further, is cut off the electric wire by a cutter 8. Also, when the dimension of the electric wire whose insulation part is peeled off is not fixed, the cutting jig 5 - the cutter 8 - a plate 9 which are fastened together to a bracket 6 through a spring 7 are moved together back and forth easily responding to a film or paper to be cut. Thereby, the insulation part is cut off the electric wire in its root.</p> |
