发明名称 METHOD FOR CORRECTING PREDICTIVE MODEL FOR PLATE CROWN
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to conduct effective learning and to accurately predict a plate crown, in a rolling cycle with a frequent variation in a plate width. CONSTITUTION:The plate crown of a rolling stock to be rolled by a continuous rolling mill is arithmetically predicted by means of a plate crown predictive model; and also, based on the plate crown thus measured, the plate crown predictive model is corrected by repeatedly learning the predictive model from the beginning to the end of a rolling cycle in accordance with the following point. That is, the distribution of predictive errors is estimated over the entire region in the plate width direction of the rolling stock in starting the rolling cycle. Then, the plate crown predictive model is corrected with a learning value picked from the predictive errors in the quality assurance point of the stock to be rolled next. In addition, an estimation is made for the distribution of the predictive errors over the entire region in the width direction of the stock to be rolled next. The distribution of the estimated predictive errors is added to that of the predictive errors heretofore. Then, the process is repeated until the rolling cycle is completed.</p>
