PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building that enables a resident to relax on a roof floor even on a rainy day or in a season with strong sunlight, thereby promoting effective use of the roof floor.SOLUTION: A building 1 with a roof floor 6 includes: an outdoor walking area 10 on the roof floor 6; a penthouse 20 on the roof floor 6 having an entrance/exit 21 to the outdoor walking area 10; a fixed sunshade 30 provided above the entrance/exit to the penthouse 20 and projecting outward from the penthouse 20 for covering over the outdoor walking area 10; and a mobile sunshade 31 fitted on the penthouse 20 or the fixed sunshade 30, to be switched between a state covering over the outdoor walking area 10 and a state not covering over the outdoor walking area 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
