<p>PURPOSE: To accelerate the transfer speed of data without necessity to consider the influence of external light. CONSTITUTION: A lid body 4 for covering an input display part 3 is fitted through a biaxial hinge 6 to a main body 2 of equipment having the input display part 3 so as to be freely turned, an optical communication part 11 is provided on the side surface of the main body 2 of equipment where this biaxial hinge 6 is positioned, and a projection 17 for position regulation for matching the position of the optical communication part 11 with the other main body 2 of equipment is provided on the inner surface of this biaxial hinge 6. Therefore, when exchanging data between the equipment 1 and 1, the optical communication parts 11 and 11 at the main bodies 2 and 2 of equipment are made to face each other, the side surfaces of the respective main bodies 2 and 2 of equipment are made close to each other in such a state, and the positions of the main bodies 2 and 2 of equipment are regulated by the respective projections 17 and 17 for position regulation. Thus, the positions of the optical communication parts 11 and 11 can be aligned and therefore, since it is not necessary to consider the influence of external light, the transfer speed of data can be accelerated.</p> |
