PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the simplification, miniturization and lightening of a belt retractor and also provide a seat belt stopper with a big freedom of arrangement. SOLUTION: A frame body 2 is fixed to a seat frame on a position alienated from a belt retractor and a tension perceiving member 4 and a push-press member 16 are installed on the frame body 2 swingably. When a more tension than a prescribed value is applied to the seat belt, the extension of the seat belt is prevented by that the tension perceiving member 4 is firstly swung and the push-press member 16 is swung by interlocking therewith and the seat belt is push-pressed to the frame body 2. |
