<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable setting of an upper shape as desired by forming a part accurately and easily to be engaged with a notched part of a tap without requiring pressing work. SOLUTION: This tap holder 10 has a notched part 22 with a crescent horizontal cross-section at a head part 21, and a tap 20 which is mounted on an angle hand piece for dental implant operation and used for thread cutting in a bone is interposed usably with a wrench. In this case, a part is arranged to match an external shape thereof with the shape of an opening part of the wrench, a vertical hole is provided by opening downward to load or unload the tap 20 and a horizontal hole 12 is provided successively above the vertical hole to regulate a window 13 by opening it to one side. The horizontal hole 12 can be formed by machining with an NC lathe and a milling machine same as those used for the vertical hole. A tap head part 21 is housed to regulate a head part housing part 12' otherwise disabling the spinning of the tap 20.</p> |
