PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable efficient, high quality coating of a substrate of a complex shape by a simple constitution. SOLUTION: The first air ejection port 34 for ejecting the first ring-shaped air 36A toward the end fringe 18a of a rotary atomization head 18 and the second air ejection port 44 for ejecting the second ring-shaped air 46A toward the extension of the end fringe 18a and in the direction to converge to the axis O of a rotary shaft 16 are provided. While the first ring-shaped air 36A is working as shaping air, the second ring-shaped air 46A works as assisting air to contract the pattern breadth of a conductive coating ejected from the head 18.
