SOLUTION: To firmly connect a needle 3 comprising a hub 11 and a needle tip 16 and an end piece 2 of one end of a cylindrical main body 1 to which a piston member 4 is fitted to each other, a pair of projecting parts 12, 13 projected on the hub 11 are energized to engage the contact legs 14 with a cutout part 10. After that, an outer collar member 20 is fitted to the end of the end piece 2. At this time, the end piece 2 is deformed to form a clamping area 21 in the end part, which is operated as a locking means.
