<p>FIELD: non-ferrous metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used at factories of secondary non- ferrous metallurgy. Method includes comminution of slag and separation of metal aluminum from it. After separation slag is pelletized with fuel and then caked with blow of air through layer of granulated slag. Salt part of slag evaporates in process of caking, is trapped and is used again for melting of secondary aluminum and its oxide part is left in the form of cake and can be used later to manufacture refractory materials.
