<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser beam machine by which both of piercing and cutting working can be performed to a printed circuit board. SOLUTION: The laser beam machine is equipped with X-Y stage 17 for moving a mounted work in the X axis and the Y axis directions, X-Y scanner 14 for oscillating a pulse shaped laser beam in the X axis and the Y axis directions on the work, and control part 20 controlling the X-Y stage and a galvanoscanner. The X-Y stage is fixed and the galvanoscanner is controlled by the control part. Consequently, the piercing working to the work, is made possible. On the other hand, by fixing the galvanoscanner, and by controlling the X-Y stage, the cutting working to the work, is made possible.</p> |
