PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-scale beer brewing unit equipped with a refrigerating and incubating housing having the function of controlling the temperature and the time period. SOLUTION: The objective brewing unit comprises the primary fermentation tank 11 of a small size enough to be portable, a plurality of bottles or a plurality of metallic vessels for the secondary fermentation, and a refrigerating and incubating housing 13 that has a size enough to receive the fermentation tank and a plurality of bottles or of metallic vessels and retain the temperature at a prescribed fermentation one (25 deg.C) in the primary and secondary fermentation steps and at the aging temperature in the aging step. |
