PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the quality of the outward appearance of a keyboard and the key touch and to eliminate mechanical noise by equipping a hinge part with a knob part which allows a common fitting part for keys to be displaced to the right and left. SOLUTION: The common fitting part 3 is fitted to the chassis of a musical instrument main body with a screw through a hole 4, a key 2 and the common fitting part 3 are connected by the hinge part 5, and those are integrated with synthetic resin. The hinge part 5 is uniform in thickness and formed in a U shape when viewed from the flank and the connection end for the common fitting part 3 is parallel to the top surfaces of the common fitting part 3 and key 2. The nearly horizontal part of the U-shaped hinge part 5, i.e., the circumference of the U-shaped bottom part enables the key 2 to move up and down and the nearly vertical part of the hinge part 5, i.e., the U-shaped longitudinal part enables the key 2 to move to the right and left. The key is displaced relatively easily to the right and left, so when the keyboard is incorporated in the chassis of the musical instrument main body, the keys can be arrayed without being pressed strongly against key guides. |
