FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has guiding unit having screws provided with threaded connection and clamps. The device also has base having brackets mounted in diametrically positioned recesses. Screw with a spring and spherical nuts with bushings are used for drawing the brackets close together. The guiding unit with clamps is in perpendicular relation to the screw for drawing the brackets together. Reposition means is designed as cantilever attached to the guiding unit forming common threaded connection with the screw having bearing plate fixed at its end. EFFECT: fixed bone fragments without having recourse to surgical intervention. 2 cl, 5 dwg
