PURPOSE: A method for processing calls is provided to magnify operation efficiency of switching system equipments by processing many radio frequency(RF) channels in one multi-channel transmitter, after singularly outputting call processing results for the many channels in a radio paging switching system. CONSTITUTION: A radio paging switching system has many encoders, and a telocate network paging protocol(TNPP) interface. The encoders convert paging data for general subscribers into radio paging protocols. The TNPP interface encodes paging data for multi-channel subscribers to TNPPs. A method for processing calls by receiving many channels in the radio paging switching system, comprises the steps of: making out a radio frequency(RF) channel operating table, to identify general subscribers and multi-channel subscribers; retrieving the RF channel operating table, and deciding whether a subscriber of a received call is a general subscriber or a multi-channel subscriber; and if the subscriber is the multi-channel subscriber, delivering the paging data having processed calls through the encoders. |
