<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with bending of a sheet and to shorten a distance between a first carrier means and a second carrier means by movably providing a position of a guide surface guiding a projecting surface of the bent sheet between both the carrier means. SOLUTION: A transfer material S is guided to a first carrier means (a pressure contact part N) of a fixing device 70 along a guide surface of a guide part 51 of an initial state (a). When carrier speed of the fixing device 70 is slow and a difference in carrier speed of the transfer material S exists, bending is gradually generated in the transfer material S between a second carrier means (a transfer part M) and the pressure contact part N of the fixing device 70 (b). By bending force F of the transfer material S, the guide surface is energized, the guide part 51 is rotated in an arrow of (c) direction, the transfer material S is moved to a retreating position where bending of the material S is not prevented and bending of the transfer material S is coped. Since a transfer material guide 50 does not receive bending force F of the transfer material S after a rear end of the transfer material S passes the transfer part M, the guide 50 is recovered to an initial state positioned by a hitting part 53 by recovering force by an overlapping part 54.</p> |
