PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce wastes by effectively utilizing a bean-curd refuse mostly disposed as an industrial waste. SOLUTION: A bean-curd refuse in an amount of 100-90 wt.% is mixed with 0-10 wt.% of soybeans and the resultant mixture is then fermented by using Bacillus natto. In this case, the fermentation is carried out at 40 deg.C for 8-16 h. |
