The power coupling comprises of a drive shaft (2) that has a splined end (10) that is coupled to an drive wheel (13). An outer collar is located around the drive wheel with a protective skirt (5). Outer pully (4) is mounted on bearings (3) around the drive shaft and joined to the outer collar. An inclined surface is formed on a ball pressing ring (12) pressing each of the balls towards concave parts. The splined end is driven so that a couple is transmitted so that one of the converging surfaces of the concave parts anf the inclined surface of the ring deplaces one of the balls in each concave part until the couple force is interrupted.
