PURPOSE: A mail accessing device for cellular phone and the accessing method thereof are provided to help the transmission of mail from a mail server to mobile communication terminal through a two-way communication. CONSTITUTION: In a method of transmitting mail received by a mail server to a mobile communication terminal, the mail server firstly detects if there is a mail in the server. If a mail is detected, a receiver ID of the mail is detected. The receiver ID is checked if it is a registered one or not. If the receiver ID is confirmed to be a registered one, a mail identification key of the mail is generated. Then, URL data including the mail identification key is transmitted to the mobile communication terminal.
