摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser processing machine in which the running cost for usage of nitrogen and the cost of equipment can be controlled in a low level and further, a production capacity can also be improved even when nitrogen gas is used as assisting gas. SOLUTION: In a laser processing machine for cutting a cut material 3 by irradiating a laser beam 2 while nitrogen gas as assisting gas is blowing onto a processed point through a nozzle 1, the laser processing machine is provided with a nitrogen circulation passage 10 which is composed of a duct 5 for inducting air 4 which contains a nitrogen injected through the aforementioned nozzle, a filter 6 for removing non-gaseous components from the air 4 which is inducted from the duct 5, a nitrogen separation unit 8 for separating a nitrogen 9 from air 4 through the filter 6, and the nozzle 1 for injecting a nitrogen 9 obtained by the nitrogen separation unit 8 to the processed point.</p>
