PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that most of soybean milk-strained lees are incinerated and thereby need an unnecessary cost due to its easy rotting, while the soybean milk obtained by swelling soybeans in water, boiling the swollen soybeans and then straining the boiled soybeans is directly eaten or used for adding a bittern or the like to the soybean milk and then compacting the mixture to produce bean curd and further while only an extremely small amount of the strained lees (soybean refuses) are used as a food or a feed. SOLUTION: A method for effectively using the soybean strained lees (soybean refuses) at a low cost, and the method for treating the soybean milk strained lees, comprising adding Bacillus natto to fresh soybean milk strained lees to control the proliferation of lactobacillus and putrefactive bacteria, and then drying the culture product to obtain the dried product which is easily used as a feed, a fertilizer or the like. The method for treating the soybean milk strained lees has an advantage that the cost can highly be saved by the simple culture conditions and the solar light-dryable culture product. |
