<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal washer narrowing an equipment mounting part interval between joints by reducing an outer diameter causing no leakage at a high temperature and in high vacuum and a joint using the seal washer. SOLUTION: The seal washer 3 is constituted of a sectionally T-shaped retainer 13 constituted of a metal ring 11 and a core bar 12 projected from a center part of the inner peripheral surface and formed in the peripheral direction and a sectionally U-shaped elastic body 14 formed integrally so as to surround left and right parts and a bottom part of the core bar 12.</p> |
