TRANSMISSION PATH CONTROLLING SPLITTING SYSTEM HAVING AMPLIFICATION FUNCTION

PURPOSE: A transmission path controlling splitting system having an amplification function is provided to offer services to additional subscribers without employing a separate extension amplifier. CONSTITUTION: An input filter(102) extracts a broadcasting signal from a signal transmitted through a broadcasting network. An amplifier(210) amplifies the extracted broadcasting signal to a predetermined level to transmit the signal to a neighboring splitting system. A directional coupler(104) determines the direction in which the amplified signal is branched. A modem(108) receives subscriber identification information among the broadcasting signal and converts the information into a signal capable of being recognized by an output controller. A distributor(116) transmits the broadcasting signal provided by the directional coupler to a subscriber center(10). A switch matrix(220) converts a transmission path to the subscriber center so as to transmit the broadcasting signal to the subscriber center. The output controller controls the switch matrix using the subscriber identification information in order to provide the broadcasting signal to the subscriber center.
