PURPOSE: A method for analyzing dioxin is provided to reduce analysis time by reducing processes, and reduce cost for analysis by utilizing slag as an absorbent used for the pre-treatment process for removing interfering substance. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises a first step of concentrating the extracted liquid containing dioxin, injecting the concentrated liquid into a column filled with an activated slag and liquidating dioxin by n-hexane; a second step of concentrating the n-hexane layer liquidated in the first step, and liquidating in order of n-hexane, dichloromethane:n-hexane(2:98), and dichloromethane:n-hexane(50:50) in the column filled with a basic alumina; and a third step of concentrating the dichloromethane:n-hexane(50:50) which is liquidated last in the second step, and performing quantitative analysis.
