PURPOSE: An on-line problem presenting system using a web-based mathematical symbol process system is provided to realize a technology carrying out the presentation of the problems in real time by developing a module that expresses the web-based mathematical symbol and realizes the real time learning problem database. CONSTITUTION: A user having a presenter account finishes a certification process by logging in the system. The user sets a database position of each problem at a category setting step. After selecting a channel, the user can write the necessary mathematical symbol by activating a mathematical symbol produce window after operating a mathematical symbol processing engine(10).
