PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to refer to voice information on disease symptoms which patient complains of, opinions which doctors speech and so on after the information is told and also to easily find out errors in correspondences between the patients and the consultation information. SOLUTION: A server 1 which combines the consultation information including at least either the image or character information on the patients and the voice information on the patients with the identification information which identifies the patients, an MO and DVD for storing the identification information and consulting information thus combined for the patients are provided. In addition, the server 1 which displays at least either the image or character information on a patient selected from the patients, which is obtained from the consultation information on the patients corresponding to the identification information, on a screen together with the identification information identifying the selected patient based on the identification information and consulting information thus combined and outputs the voice information on the patient obtained from the consultation information upon receipt of the instructions to output the voice information with the displaying, terminals 2 and 3 and a display 4 are provided. |
