PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve image pickup precision in an image pickup system and an electric component loading system. SOLUTION: A plurality of light emitting diodes 240, 242 and 244 radiating the light beams of two types of red, green and blue wavelengths are almost uniformly arranged on the re-entrant pyramid stand face 236 of a light source device main body 230. A reference mark 186 is irradiated with a polarized beam through a polarizing filter 250. The polarizing filter 210 is arranged in the lens system 202 of a reference mark camera 190. A filter rotation device 214 rotates the filter and the vibration direction of light which is made incident on the reference mark camera 190 is controlled. The metallic reference mark 186 maintains polarization and reflects the polarized beam. A ceramic printed wiring board 12 diffuses and reflects the beam. The polarizing filter 210 is in a rotation position where the polarized beam being reflected light from the reference mark 186 is interrupted. The amount of image forming light is larger in the printed wiring board 12 compared to the reference mark 186. Thus, the image of large contrast is obtained and the reference mark 186 can precisely be picked up. |
