摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately inspect minute laser welding parts of particularly thin and small members such as electronic component leads by an off-line inspection after welding, improve the reliability in the inspection and enhance the accuracy of judging good and bad. SOLUTION: A method for inspecting after welding, the laser welding part 1 welded by overlapping two pieces of metal to be an object 6 to be inspected and spot irradiating a surface of one piece by a laser has a first process and a second process. In the first process, the laser welding part 1 cooled to an ambient temperature after welded is imaged by an infrared camera 2, and a welding part region 3 is detected by regarding a luminance difference at the obtained infrared image as an index which expresses an infrared emissivity difference of a surface of the object 6. In the second process, whether the welding is good or not is detected on the basis of at least one of a shape of the welding part region 3, a distribution pattern of a luminance value of the infrared image in the welding part region 3 and a feature amount extracted on the basis of the distribution pattern.</p>
