PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conducting material suppressing the coloring of a transmitted light and a reflected light by forming a specific high refraction index layer and a specific low refraction index layer sequentially on the surface of a transparent base material and forming a transparent conducting layer on the former layers. SOLUTION: This transparent conducting material is obtained by laminating at least (B) the high refraction index layer with an index of refraction of 1.60 to 1.69 and an optical film thickness of 110 to 170 nm, (C) the low refraction index layer with an index of refraction of 1.30 to 1.55 and an optical film thickness of 20 to 120 nm and (D) the transparent conducting layer with an optical film thickness of 10 to 60 nm composed of a metal or a metallic oxide, sequentially from the transparent base material (A) side and directly or through one layer or more, on one side or both sides of the base material (A). In addition, the transparent conducting material shows the maximum value of permeability to light of 400 to 500 nm when the optical film thickness is 400 to 800 nm. |
