PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored photosensitive resin composition capable of giving a colored pattern which generates little sublimate in heating after development even when 2-methyl-2-morpholino-1-(4-methylthiophenyl)propan-1-one or 2-benzyl-2-dimethylamino-1-(4-morpholinophenyl)butan-1-one is contained as a photopolymerization initiator. SOLUTION: The colored photosensitive resin composition comprises (A) a colorant, (B) a binder polymer, (C) a photopolymerizable compound, (D) at least one photopolymerization initiator selected from the group comprising 2-methyl-2-morpholino-1-(4-methylthiophenyl)propan-1-one and 2-benzyl-2- dimethylamino-1-(4-morpholinophenyl)butan-1-one and (E) at least one compound selected from the group comprising epoxy compounds and oxetane compounds. |
