<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle ordering system which easily provides automobile merchandise and items that fit to needs of a customer. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle ordering system is provided with a car body list 22 which indicates optional bodies of a car, component lists 23a-23c which indicate components that can be assembled to each body associating with each of the bodies, a configuration determining part 11 which selects one body from the car body list 22 according to the instruction of a user using a terminal 100, presents a plurality of components indicated in one of the component lists 23a-23c associated with the body to the user, and determines the configuration of the automobile by selecting the component according to the instruction of the user; a configuration database 24 which records configuration data indicating the configuration determined in the configuration determining part 11 by each automobile; and an exterior simulation part 12 which presents image data, which indicates the exterior of the automobile created based on the configuration determined in the configuration determining part 11, to the user. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
