PURPOSE: A mobile memory stick equipped with a virtual service OS(Operating System) for expanding function of a mobile telephone is provided to freely use various multimedia data not a fixed data format by using a mobile telephone and reduce a telephone charge by transmitting the data from a PC through the Internet. CONSTITUTION: The mobile OS(A) manages whole operation of the mobile telephone. Internal application software(E) controls an external memory. An internal kernel(B) is a virtual contents part. The mobile OS controls the data stored in a sound source(D) of the internal kernel through the application software, and the IR(InfraRed)/TCP/IP(Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol)/RS232C(Recommended Standard)(C) without connecting to contents of a mobile communication company.
