<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication terminal recovery system and method, enterprise server, user information terminal and program in which a lost portable telephone set can be recovered without troubling a person who found the portable telephone set, as much as possible. <P>SOLUTION: In the mobile communication terminal recovery system including a first mobile communication terminal 100 that is a mobile communication terminal to be a recovery target, an enterprise server 200 that an enterprise of the first mobile communication terminal 100 has, and a shop terminal 300 installed in a shop that becomes a recovery destination, the enterprise server 200 includes a means for receiving that the first mobile communication terminal 100 is lost, and a means for transmitting, to the first mobile communication terminal 100, recovery location information with the shop terminal 300 as the recovery destination. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
