<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of a devil's tongue mannan-containing drink in which amine odor and harsh taste contained in devil's tongue powder are left and precipitation, separation and gelation occurs and the drink is sucked by using a straw. <P>SOLUTION: The drink is made drinkable as devil's tongue drink in a sol state without causing separation, precipitation and gelation by mixing devil's tongue powder (glucomannan) told to have action regulating the functions of the intestines with a pectin and adding water and a juice thereto.
