PROGRAM AND DEVICE FOR PREPARING CREW OPERATION CHANGING SCHEDULE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically prepare a crew operation changing schedule.

SOLUTION: An operation plan preparing part 110 prepares operation changing courses in which the relevant crew members can operate as operation plans by combining any of train operation units made by dividing trains composing an operation readjustment diagram at transit-enabled stations as well as sets cost for the respective operation plans. A crew operation changing schedule preparing part 120 searches for a combination of the operation plans in which one or more crew members are allocated to all the train operation units from the combinations of the operation plans selected one by one from operation plans prepared for each crew member and sets the operation plans composing the combination to be the operation changing courses of the respective crew members corresponding to the operation plans so as to prepare the crew operation changing schedule.
