PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock device for preventing a lid from opening even when a release button is operated in a state where inner pressure is high in a container, and also to provide the container with the lid using the lock device.SOLUTION: A lock device to be used for a container with a lid having the lid and a main body includes: a hook shaft; a hook lever 14; and a holding part arranged in the main body so as to hold the hook lever 14 by friction. The hook lever 14 includes: a stopper shaft; a lid opening button to be depressed when the lid is opened; a stopper 13 to be depressed by the lid opening button; a stopper spring for energizing the stopper in a predetermined direction; and a hook spring for energizing the hook lever 14 in a predetermined direction. The energization force of the stopper spring is stronger than that of the hook spring.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
