PURPOSE:To compensate lag for a field control at rapid increase or decrease of speed and prevent armature voltage from race condition, by adding the product of a differential value of motor speed detection output and field current detection output to armature voltage detection output, and giving it to field control input. CONSTITUTION:An armature controller 3 controls speed of a motor 4 with constant field below a certain revolution. A field controller 6 controls speed over that speed. Output of a speed detector 5 is applied to a differentiator 13. Its output and that of a field current detector 7 are given to a multiplier 14, and added to that of an armature voltage detector 11 with an adder 15. The field controller 6 is input in subtractive direction. This will prevent the armature voltage from overvoltage, even if the armature control has one unit faster response than the field control when that of a speed setter 1 is set to increase speed or decrease speed. This results in avoiding such discrepancy as race condition. |
