<p>The method produces a laminate strip from synthetic-resin-impregnatedsupporting strips one above the other, having initial and final presses and a heater. The initial press is a continuously-driven mangle, between whose rollers the strips pass, and a pressure chamber is connected to the mangle, the chamber being sealed by an outlet mangle with a pair of rollers forming a seal. The inlet and outlet mangle rollers (5,9) run against a heater drum (6), forming a common roller for both of them. The pressure chamber (7) encloses the drum between these rollers.</p> |
