The invention relates to pipes of this type which have a perforated supporting pipe and a finely slit shell of rubber. The supporting pipes are flexible. In order to prevent the opening of the slits in the shell when pipes of this design are laid in curved form, the supporting pipe and the shell are designed without perforations or slits, respectively, in the region of the curves, but the curves are sealed by circlips relative to the pipe sections which extend straight.
