The invention relates to kitchen instruments enabling the fluid substance, which is in the container 8, to be expelled as required and in the desired amount by changing the dispensing head 9 for another one. It is composed of a current-inverting key 1, a stop/go button 2 which actuates a motor 3 and by means of the worm 4. The piston assembly 5, 6, 7 is pushed downwards, the piston 7 descends through the container 8 pushing the liquid and expelling it via the dispensing head 9. When the piston 7 reaches the end of the container 8, the finger 6 cuts off the power supply by means of the safety switch 10 and lights up the light 11 which indicates the bottom of the container 8. Among the most useful applications of the invention may be mentioned the decoration of cakes and the dispensing of wax intended for forming seals. <IMAGE>
