PURPOSE:To enhance peel resistance by providing a polyethylene resin pipe of multi-layer structure and making the inner layer as a resin layer composed of a composition constituted of a stylene group thermoplastic block copolymer blended with a given quantity of polysiloxane and polypropylene with which carbon black is blended. CONSTITUTION:A polyethylene resin pipe manufactured by extrusion molding polyethylene resin is of multi-layer structure, and the inner layer is constituted of a resin layer consisting of a resin composition composed of 100 pts.wt of a stylene group thermoplastic block copolymer, 0.1-12 pts,wt. of polysiloxane and 0-40 pts.wt. of polypropylene resin with which 2 wt.% or less of carbon black is blended. Also, the outer layer is constituted of a resin layer composed of linear low density polyethylene of 2 g/10 minutes or less of melt index, 0.935 g/cm<3> or less of density and 15 or more of molecular weight distribution index with which 2 wt.% or more of carbon black is blended. As for the stylene group thermoplastic block copolymer, a stylene.ethylene.butylene.stylene block copolymer is suitable for use.
