The present invention relates to a mascara brush provided with an elastic member including: a mascara handle having the shape of a cylindrical or polygonal tube facilitating hand gripping and coupled with an opening portion at an upper end of a mascara liquid container; a mascara body formed to protrude from an inside central portion of the mascara handle and having the shape of a cylinder or a cylindrical tube; a steel wire to which one end of the mascara body is fixed; brush hair inserted into and fixed to the other end of the steel wire and applying a mascara liquid to a users eyelashes by the mascara liquid being applied thereto; and an elastic member provided between the mascara body and the steel wire and providing elasticity for the brush hair. According to the present invention, the elastic member is integrally formed with the steel wire or the mascara body is formed of an elastic material, and thus micro vibration results from an external force and a uniform transfer of the mascara liquid occurs during the users eyelash makeup. Therefore, eyelash curling and combing effects can be enhanced. During the users eyelash makeup, micro vibration is transmitted to a brush portion by means of snap, and thus sensitivity enhancement occurs during the eyelash makeup. In addition, the eyelash makeup can be performed well by a sense of vibration being provided for the ends of the eyelashes. |
